A large, golden framed door materialized on the harbor of the city of Junon. The double, velvet doors opened, revealing a young girl. Rhode stepped outside from her Dream, her attention being caught almost immediately by the large ship, which was about to depart back to Costa Del Sol.
Rhode was wearing the clothes she would usually dress at home. A larger dress with many frills and lace and a matching hairband on top of her now neatly combed hair.
She looked around, trying to find the female version or her uncle. It didn't take her too long to find him, and she quickly waved at him, as the doors behind her closed and disappeared.
Tyki sometimes envied Rhode for the ease in which she moved about. He had to rely on his own two feet, or the Ark itself. But no matter. He heard the call and straightened up, turning to smile at the other Noah and lifting his own hand in a wave.
He moved over to her, noticing that he was still taller than Rhode, but...not by a heck of a lot. "Hi Rhode," he said, smiling cheerfully. The dress was a bit too small for his new body, and indecently short, which was probably part of the reason for the attention being paid to him.
Rhode stopped herself from hugging him... her, noticing the difference in height. But her smile didn't fade away. In fact, she couldn't help giggling softly at how "pretty" her uncle looked.
"Thank you, Tyki!" She finally hugged his waist, "But I still prefer the old you!"
The smaller Noah took a step back, looking up at the virus'd family member, "This world looks interesting! You've been here before, right? So show me around!"
Tyki slipped his arms around Rhode and hugged her back warmly, chuckling at her words. "I prefer the old me, too," he said. "But it shouldn't be too terribly much longer before I'm back to normal." His eyes twinkled as he looked her up and down. "Too bad the virus didn't affect you, too. I'd like to see you as a boy."
He slipped his hand into hers. They looked for all the world like sisters, with Tyki only a few years older, perhaps. "There's an ice cream stand near here. How about we start there first?"
Rhode made a thoughtful expression, "Hmm... It'd be really weird if I turned into a boy, but I guess I could have a lot of fun with that!"
The youngest girl walked neatly at first beside Tyki, but quickly started to skip at the mention of the frozen sweet, "Ice cream? Of course! You know I love candy! Well... it's not really candy, but still sweet!"
"They have flavours I've never seen before," Tyki said, letting go of Rhode's hand and letting her skip ahead if she wished. The wry smile on his face was more like that of an older brother or uncle rather than a sister.
The ice cream stand was just ahead, and Tyki seemingly reached into his brassiere in search of some of the gil he still had left over from before. Actually it was held inside his body. He soon withdrew a handful of coins and stepped up to the counter.
"One scoop each of chocolate and peanut butter," he ordered, then glanced at Rhode with a grin to hear what she wanted.
Rhode did skip ahead of Tyki, only stopping in front of the stand. She looked eagerly at all the flavours, and reading their names.
"So many colors! They have so much more than they have in our world! Hmmm... I want vanilla, strawberry and chocolate bits on top! I'll try more flavours later!"
The young Noah smirked, making a mental note of coming back to this place everytime she wanted ice cream.
"Where will we be going next, after this? What else do they have here that's fun?"
Tyki chuckled, taking his ice cream cone and passing Rhode hers before taking her past the stand and on towards the main thoroughfare. "Well, there's a lot of shops here, and if we get bored we can try out the games at Gold Saucer, which isn't here, but shouldn't be hard for us to get to. But I thought you were going to dress me up," he teased.
"Well, let's start with shopping, then," Tyki said, inclined to indulge Rhode, just this once. It was only temporary, after all.
He cocked his head, licking his own ice cream. "I've never been there, actually," he admitted. "But I've heard there are all kinds of games. Probably racing and gambling, and I think someone mentioned a haunted house." He laughed at that. To people who lived every day side-by-side with real horrors, a few fake ghosts and flashing lights didn't seem to measure up.
Rhode smiled at Tyki, "Ok, we'll try it after buying you something nice and cute! And maybe something for me too! These clothes are hot and not easy to move with."

While licking her ice cream, Rhode made her way into the store. Everything was different from her world, but she liked it. She searched through the clothes, then called out to Tyki.
"Tyki~! They have short and frilly, and long and tight! What do you prefer?"
((Really? xD I loved it, I kept playing while I had to make time for the chocobos to breed again xDDDD))
Tyki entered the store after Rhode and poked around at different items, sure that Rhode would find what he needed sooner than he could. He usually just made his own clothes, or wore whatever. And occasionally Zechs bought something for him.
He smiled at that thought.
Then Rhode was calling him and he looked up. "I think I prefer long and tight," he said, trotting over to Rhode to see what she'd found. "But maybe this body suits short and frilly better. Everyone's calling me a lolita." He looked down at himself, trying to judge.
((I fail hardcore at minigames, lolol. I suck at them and they bore me. I want story! It's just a thing XDDDD))
Rhode grinned when he admitted he'd look better with her favorite choice. She handed him (or her) her ice cream, and held a miniskirt with two layers of frills to make it slightly longer, and a shirt with similar colors, but that looked fashionably worn out.
"It's cute, right? Then you can add some leggings and... maybe a corset, too! Cute, right?"
((OIC. Well, I love the story too, but after playing the game around... 5 times, you kinda stop playing for the story, lol. At least in my case xD))
"And I'll look just like you," Tyki teased, grinning. He took the skirt and glanced around for a corset. That didn't sound comfortable at all, but all in the name of fashion, right?

They reached the mall a moment later, and he gestured grandly. "Go find me something to wear, then. What should it be, Rhode? Money is no object."
