If I remember correctly after the first time you tell them to not call you, if they do it again you can start suing them. I *think* I remember it being you can sue for $3,000 at first, then $5,000+ the second time, so on so forth.

Sounds like there's a reason they made it so you can sue those fucktards x.x

They are full of shit. You have every right to not have them call you, if they call you after you ask them not to then they are harassing you and can be charged. Or so I have been told.

Friend of mine took a different approach once; strung the solicitor along for something like 2 hours, then once he'd wasted a large chunk of their time, he abruptly told them something absurd (I can't remember what) and hung up on them.

He claims they called back to bitch at him. I thought, dumb f***ing telemarketers, when you piss people off in their own homes with your shit calls, what do you expect?

I appreciate your ferocious approach to the problem, Tyger. Those SOBs deserve no mercy on the phone, especially after THAT stunt they pulled.
