Have suddenly realized something that slightly distrubs me. The three avi's I use the most and like the best are the ones I call "Waiting", "The Queen" and "ShadowChild." All three of these images have a main character where you can't see the eyes, the windows of the soul. In "Waiting" the woman is turned away, looking over her shoulder. In "The Queen" the woman has a scrap of lace over her eyes like a blindfold. In "ShadowChild" the eyes are gone completely, replaced with only blackness.
I'm generally very honest with myself, and now I am wondering what I am subconsciously afraid to see inside myself. Interesting food for thought today. Have chosen to use none of these and use "The Huntress" for this post, because she looks focused.
