Elfen Lied

Yesterday, I watched all the 13 normal episodes of Elfen Lied, and today (I woke up late for school, and kind of felt a little sick) I watched the OVA, or the 14th.

I loved it. It was really beatifully drawn, the characters was really good, and even though there was quite a lot of them, I never got confused, which kind of confused me. :P The story reminded me of the little part of Chobits that I've read, just with mutants instead of robots. Also, some parts reminded me of Love Hina. It was quite sad, but not OMGIMGONNACRYsad like some parts of Naruto (episode 19 ;___;). Really cool fight scenes, there weren't a lot of them, but it wasn't needed. I watched the first 10 episodes with English dub, as there was dual audio on the files, but there weren't any subtitle files. In episode 11 I found out that there were subs hidden INSIDE the file! ;__; Oh well, the English voice acting wasn't terrible, but the Japanese was better, of course. There was also some humor, made me laugh a few times, and I love that split personality-thingie. The music wasn't that great, but maybe it's unfair to compare with Naruto, which is actually the only other anime I've seen. :O I thought there was a bit too much flashbacks, but when I think about it maybe I shouldn't watch the entire series in one night, as flashbacks are better whan you didn't already see the scene an hour ago. :P Overall score: 9/10 (it should've been longer ;__;)

(Also, boobs. Lots of 'em. XD)

Now, off to inuyasha again, which is slightly longer. :P
