I called the Oregon Department of Revenue today and explained more about the Car saga, and the very nice woman gave me more time to get forms and stuff. She also suggested I contact the Multnomah County Circuit Court and file a motion for an afadavit to review the evidence. Then I call Portland Auto Wrecking again and ask for Jennifer who had previously told me that her manager Frank was going to mail off a form that I can send to the Circuit Court to get those tickets reversed (since I didn't own the car at that time).
