Queer friendly roomate needed (Nov 1)
I have 2 rooms available in my S. Philly row home for Nov 1st. This will most likely be a temporary situation. I wil probably be moving between December and January, but things are still in the air. If I leave you are welcome to stay and sign the lease…or if things work out and I stay, your welcome to continue your stay as well.
There are also 2 possible scenarios….i have 2 rooms open BUT one is very small.
1. If just one person moves in:
Rent is $450 + utilities (split 2 ways) and you would get BOTH rooms. One could be a big closet or a study or whatever else you desire.
2. If 2 people move in:
The person who gets the small room could use the basement as storage/ extra room for their stuff. Rent would be $300 + utilities (split 3 ways)
House amenities:
• Washer/ Dryer
• Garbage Disposal
• Dishwasher
• Fully furnished (aside from the 2 bedrooms)
• Cable internet / basic cable
• Half a block parallel to broad
• A block and a half from the broad st. subway
• VERY pretty, private block (it’s a one way dead end)
• VERY friendly neighbors
• 2 awesome cats
You must be:
• QUEER FRIENDLY/ QUEER
• Open minded
• Friendly/ not allergic to cats (short haired)
• Steady Job
• Gender doesn’t matter
• 420 friendly
• Clean for the most part
