Tomorrow I get to pick the Wench up from work and we are going out to celebrate her birthday.[she will be 25, I do not even remember being that young] And we are going out Rollerskating. Which I do not think I have done in at least 20 years if not longer. The funny part is I am really looking forward to it

Amazon yellowhead parrots are rainforest creatures, and they communicate with each other over great distances in the rainforest.
They do this at bedtime, to tell each other where they are.
They do this by emitting several piercing shrieks at incredible volume.
And this particular parrot is no exception. In the evening, when she's ready to have her cage covered, she lets you know in no uncertain terms.
I thought that parrot was cool at first, but it became so irritating that I found myself wishing it would die.
If you want a parrot, my advice is to get anything but a yellowhead. I'd love an African grey, frex, or even an African crow. But after living with that particular parrot, Sarah has expressed strong support for a "No birds!" rule.

We have an African senegal who is a perfect sweety. small and quiet and timid. And also a lutino tiel. I am also checking out an umbrella too, who comes with his friend an indian ring neck. We were at a bird sanctuary this past weekend where pakka expressed nterest in a Blue and Gold Macaw...they are really loud. And He also was fascinated by an african grey [congo] So we do not have any plans set in stone yet. When the right bird shows up we will know till then it is just a neat way to meet people who have similar interests to mine.
And BTW the birds have their own room here in the house.....lol if they get too roudy I can turn off the light so it is bed time and then close the door.

Some where in this world, (I suspect East Texas) there was a vortex that drew together a ton of people so that when looked at over time, they would all know someone who knows someone else, who knows that person you are talking about. :)
LOL
