Great to Bad in 1 hour flat
Today was soo good. Built to be good. we should say yesterday because, its past midnight, so for all purposes when i say today its really about sat nite. anyway, when the alarm first hit, it went immediatly to snooze. about 9 the person below my apt put on his bass and after repeated hits on my floor with my foot the volume (which was loud enough to keep me up) went down then off. Sleeping till 1 is fun. after getting up and relaxin, the drive to work insued. Gas prices suck. i called the girl i want to date but she said she was busy and would call back. No one ever calls back when they say they will. REGAURDLESS. i dont expect one even if they promise a call back. so work starts and so goes the greatness. after 1 two dollar tip, the 4, 5 and 6's started coming including compliments on the service. then at 9 pm, the floor was cut and 3 people were left on the floor. thats when the double seating happend then another. it sucked i couldnt handle it. it was the first time it was really really bad for me. then i got a table of 6 at 950. We start closing down at about 9ish and we dont restock unless we are still doing buisness. these ppl could not realize that we were down to crumbs for chips and the service was terrible. it was from me but fuck them. they came in late. we aint chilis/bennigans/TGIFridays. we dont stay open late and they can go to hell. i feel sorry for a few of them cause one didnt get their food. its a problem with being overwhelmed and understaffed. so one shitty nite aint going to keep me down. i was really tempted after 1 complaint (followed by a stiffed tip) to go off on the next person that was like "i need this and this and this and this" so the day started out good and went to bad. it could have been a great day (money wise) but it ended up being a medeocre nite and a bad night, for a saturday.
