Long days end

yeah so today i was gonan work 11-close, but i was scheduled to come in at 12. usually i would go in early but damn, i needed that extra hour and it was lovly. so i got in at noon and !!!BAM!!! green and red sauce on the back of my shirt and pants, so that means i dont gotta close but i get to go home early and do wash. well the day was LOONNGG and boring, i didnt really do anything, made about 20 bucks going on about 5. which is really lame. but then buisness picked up... and didnt let off untill 10. i was somewhat steadly busy, but not really rushed. i asked at about 9 is i could get out (cause i wasnt busy) and debbie said everyone is closing. news that didnt strike me as pleasent, nor was it good for brandi. brandi is the cute chubby (fake) redhead that works there. she got mad. anyway, i got a table of 12 (only 10 and 2 babies) and that worked out, i got 23 bucks off them (over 20%) and that was the last table, side work was easy easy and i got out of there with my tips. i had to check out 10% to the gov which was 37.80 and i walked out of there with 86. DAMN good if i do say so myself. that would be 22% (and some odd) for over 8 hours of work, i should get a prize. :-) so it was bitter sweet, closing and hwat not but i get to wash my clothes tonite and sleep in cause i had to. Debbie let me have the morning off so i could wash and so i get to sleep in. AINT it great! ive been thinking more and more bout getting a bike. i was really close last year but shit didint work out and i didnt, but i might be able to in austin if i get a really good waiter job. never know, we shall see.
