I was never keen on season 6-7 Willow, and the whole stand off thing was exciting!! I'd have to agree -- S6/7 Willow was always a little too "I'm awesome" about everything.
As for what I'm gonna do with Giles and Jenny this season, you shall have to see :D
I love that you've not stopped improving as a writer since you've been updating the twosome of cuteness Aww, thank you so much! I really do make a concerted effort to improve -- and sometimes, to try to one-up myself if that makes any sense. I just love writing this so very much -- it's my absolute pride and joy -- so I always want to make sure I'm doing the best job I can for you guys. :)
Thanks again!!

So yeah, I'm back. Sorry there has been a complete and utter LACK of feedback from me, but I was away ALL summer long, and then I was too busy organizing real life to leave you your much-deserved feedback. I was reading as you posted, though, and now I have the time. So my first words to you are: HOY CRAP!
This was absolutely STUNNING!
I loved this little chance to see Giles and Jenny just being...them. They're relaxed and enjoying themselves, and he gets to show her England! And her husband was an excellent guide -- a practically-endless fountain of knowledge on each country's history and landmarks. I want him as MY tour guide.
I love that they had such crazy sex that they were to tired to move afterwards. I can totally see that...
And you gave me a Quentin moment! I just adore how Giles has to act semi-respectful towards him, 'cause, you know, he's his boss, but Jenny barely even tries.
Actually, I often prefer 'Mister Travers, Sir' from someone who's not a colleague.
Yeah and I prefer 'Mrs. Giles, ( ... )

And LOL, glad you liked the scene with Quentin. Jenny-snark is the most fun kind of snark to write. Well... second only to Giles/Jenny banter-snark of course. :D
I had always planned to get Jenny involved with the Coven, ever since I made the decision to get her into witchcraft. Since I took over this RP I've made a point to plan ahead so that everything flows with canon properly, and this just made the most sense for seasons six and seven.
Okay, call me a tool if you want to, but when jenny got sick on the plane, and he started rubbing her belly, I totally got a PREGNANT! moment. Because, ( ... )

the lines and angles of his face
GIRL HOW DID YOU EVEN KNOW I HAVE A FETISH FOR THIS SORT OF DESCRIPTION. I can't even begin to explain it, I just LOVE descriptions of the 'lines' or 'curves' or 'angles' of someone's body...OK IT'S RANDOM AND REALLY HARD TO EXPLAIN but seriously I just love it. Basically I'm sitting here flailing over your writing, as per usual :D
BUT OH GOD, BEGINNING OF THE SHOWDOWN. IT'S GONNA BE SUCH AN EPIC SHOWDOWN. OMG. <3 ( ... )

And although at first I was annoyed at Quentin Travers busting in on Jenny/Giles alonetimes, the awesome awesomeness of Jenny!snark totally made it worth it :D:D:D:D Bahahaha, thanks!! So happy you enjoyed that. I definitely wanted to bring back that Q/J bitchy/snarky friction that I started in 'Checkpoint.' And this seemed like an opportune time. And, given Giles' reaction in 'The Dark Age' to her pulling Xander's chain, I think he would've gotten a big kick out of her exchanges with Quentin. She's the best button-pusher ever ( ... )

I also agree that it's quite wonderful to get a glimpse of G/J just being 'them'. No apocalypse, no fears, just relaxation and enjoying each other. Quite refreshing actually. Awww, thanks. Yeah it's not often I get to write those serene, peaceful little scenes for them. And when I do, they're always quite short-lived. :)
And LOL, glad you liked the scene with Quentin! I had been wanting to reprise that bitchy-snarky thing between he and Jenny ever since "Checkpoint," and this seemed like a great place to toss it in.
* I have given a lot of thought to Jenny and the Devon Coven. I have a few suspicions that I'm not sure I'm gonna share - just in case I'm wrong. But, if I'm right, and you're being 'sneaky', bravo to you. :-) If I'm wrong though, and you don't have anything up your sleeve with this, then, well... I just have too active of an imagination. :-) Hmmm. Well, I must admit I'm curious now as to what you think I'm plotting here, with the Coven. To me, I don't ( ... )

Given your response, I'm thinking my suspicions are not necessary. :-) It was nothing major, just sort of in my mind thought, "hmm....I wonder..."
As for my other suspicions, well, I'm keeping those loosely tucked in the back of my mind. I don't want to ruin anything for myself or others, but if what I think might happen is even close to what is going to happen, then I think we're in for an amazing Season 6. So far, it has exceeded all of my expectations! XD

And if it eases your other suspicions at all, I'm not plotting anything truly sinister, in any aspect of the story. Just a few twists and turns here and there to spice up the season. :D

Mrs Giles, your majesty.
AHAHA. You tell him how it is, Jenny.
I'm incredibly in love with the idea of Jenny being offered to join to Coven. Not only is it perfect for her, it also so beautifully sets up Season 7 and all the Willow Rehabilitation we go through.
The reunion was the sweetest most tearful moment ever, both on screen and in Twosome. Except Twosome makes it more emotional with Jenny. I love Dawn and Jenny together, its so cute. I envision Dawn tackling Jenny much like Anya tackles Giles all of the time. And her line was so cute/fangirly/touching. "I missed you so much oh my God you have no idea." Heeeee.
I LOVE how you had both Giles AND Jenny in there with Willow.
BUT GOD THAT WHOLE SCENE IS JUST...
Oh my god the tension. OH MY GOD THE SUSPENSE. (I'm on a caffeine high currently. Sorry if this whole review is annoying XD)
"You're a very stupid girl," he told her lowly. ... THE SEXYNESS THAT MY MIND PRODUCED WITH THAT LINE IS UNDYING. And ( ... )

God, I love snarky Jenny. Bahahaha, thanks! Me too. Those were always some of my fave scenes in the series, when she's just pushing buttons for the hell of it -- didn't matter whose they were (though it was always best when it was Giles).

Thank you! As I mentioned (somewhere) in an above review, that was one of those situations that just kinda... worked out. IDK how to explain it, but when I started setting her up as a white witch, it was just one of those "OMG PERFECT" kinds of situations. Plus, I didn't want her to be bored in England. :D
Glad you liked the reunion too! I was a little unsure of how I would 'choreograph' that whole scene, since it was so touching with just Buffy and Giles, but I ended up ( ... )
