Holy Crap. You are a GOD!

So yeah, I'm back. Sorry there has been a complete and utter LACK of feedback from me, but I was away ALL summer long, and then I was too busy organizing real life to leave you your much-deserved feedback. I was reading as you posted, though, and now I have the time. So my first words to you are: HOY CRAP!

This was absolutely STUNNING!
I loved this little chance to see Giles and Jenny just being...them. They're relaxed and enjoying themselves, and he gets to show her England! And her husband was an excellent guide -- a practically-endless fountain of knowledge on each country's history and landmarks. I want him as MY tour guide.

I love that they had such crazy sex that they were to tired to move afterwards. I can totally see that...
And you gave me a Quentin moment! I just adore how Giles has to act semi-respectful towards him, 'cause, you know, he's his boss, but Jenny barely even tries.
Actually, I often prefer 'Mister Travers, Sir' from someone who's not a colleague.
Yeah and I prefer 'Mrs. Giles, Your Majesty' from someone who's overstuffed and snobby.
Take THAT Quentin!! (PS I squee a little inside every time Jenny is referred to as: 'Mrs. Giles')
Frankly, a few of the other Watchers seem perplexed that you bother to get out of bed at all with such a beautiful wife. Well...see...we often don't make it to bed at all...

I'm glad Jenny's getting involved with the Devon Coven, because if they live in England (and I'm semi-assuming that they do, because, ya know, in the series Giles does) she needs something cool to do, and there we have it!
Also, poor Giles. I mean, I know that Buffy comes back, but those are some pretty crappy options for him. I just wanna give him a hug...
This time, it's about you. I want you to choose what's best for you. And then, I'll follow you. My GOD could she BE any better for him!? i really don't see any possible way. GOD! Jenny is just so supportive of Giles, which is fantastic, because he really needs it, and doesn't get enough of it in the series.
[Sidebar: Proud Giles makes me smile.]

And then just when they're getting all happy and cozy in England, crazniness happens.
Okay, call me a tool if you want to, but when jenny got sick on the plane, and he started rubbing her belly, I totally got a PREGNANT! moment. Because, with me, Giles touching Jenny's belly just gives itself to pregnancy images. Plus I think it's cute.

Okay. the Willow confrontation was BEAUTIFUL!
They're always on the same wavelength, and I love that neither one of them was controlling the argument, it just flowed with the two of them.
Also, I'm really glad that the rank, arrogant, amateur! line was in there, because I always LOVED Giles' delivery of it.
And Willow's getting scary. The fact that she directly challenged Jenny is frightening.

Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaand of course Giles is knocked unconscious. My it's good to be back, isn't it?

So yeah. Just a crazily excellent chapter.
I'm going to see if i can go back and comment on all the chapters I've missed, but that's dating back to -dear god- No Home Without Family, so we'll see how I do on that one! I'm gonna work my way up from there, so we'll see how far I get. Just thought I'd comment on the most recent one, so you know I'm back.

PS You're a god.

HI! There you are!! My gosh, I had no idea what had happened to you. Glad you're alright though, I had been worried when you just dropped off the face of the earth, hehehe.

I loved this little chance to see Giles and Jenny just being...them. They're relaxed and enjoying themselves, and he gets to show her England! Awww, thanks. I do so love writing those serene little moments for them, because they didn't get very many of them on the show. :)

And LOL, glad you liked the scene with Quentin. Jenny-snark is the most fun kind of snark to write. Well... second only to Giles/Jenny banter-snark of course. :D

I had always planned to get Jenny involved with the Coven, ever since I made the decision to get her into witchcraft. Since I took over this RP I've made a point to plan ahead so that everything flows with canon properly, and this just made the most sense for seasons six and seven.

Okay, call me a tool if you want to, but when jenny got sick on the plane, and he started rubbing her belly, I totally got a PREGNANT! moment. Because, with me, Giles touching Jenny's belly just gives itself to pregnancy images. Plus I think it's cute. Hehehe! You're definitely not a tool. And all I shall say is, I'm starting to plant those images for a reason. :D

Glad you liked the Willow confrontation too! That was always one of my favorite parts of the episode, so I was very excited to throw Jenny into the mix - especially given what I've built between her and Willow, not to mention what I'm building up to.

And LOL, of COURSE Giles gets knocked unconscious. He wouldn't be Giles if he didn't. :D

I'm going to see if i can go back and comment on all the chapters I've missed, but that's dating back to -dear god- No Home Without Family, so we'll see how I do on that one! Well let me just say, I would love that - it'd pretty much make my life, since I love hearing what you guys think of each chapter, but it's certainly not expected. If you're willing and able, go for it! I'd be more than happy to hear your thoughts on what's been going on. :D

And, I'm glad that you're back! ♥
