Does anyone know anything about this book:
Which apparently is available for sale at Amazon. It appeared as a Google Alert for me, but based on the cover and shady product description, I feel like it could be subtitled "Stuff I Ganked from Wikipedia!"

And lastly, the number one reason I could never coach a slam team is because I would want all of our group pieces to be exactly like this:
