Update
Well, not too much to update, but a little. Mum just called and she'd spoken with my Aunt about my cousin. He's still in an induced sleep as they are working on cleaning up and repairing the holes in his intestines, and then they think they will be able to do surgery on his abdomen. It is actually his hip that was shattered by a bullet and not his ankle. I guess the company he works for picked my Aunt up at the airport and is putting her up in a hotel and stuff while she's there, and doing everything they can to help out, so that is cool. THe scariest thing though is he was jumped right on Bourbon Street in a big group of people and pulled into an alleyway. Thanks for all of the prayers and good thoughts please keep sending them. They said Kevin is "holding his own" right now.
In other news, Lee is at the Orthopod right now having his ankle looked at. Since he used to be an avid skateboarder (I'm talking 12-16 hours a day EVERY DAY) he's been having ankle probs as he gets older. Anyway, they think he may have to have ANOTHER this will be the second, surgery to clean it out. :( They told him he should have a desk job, and I can't help but agree!
