Ellie and I have been "discussing" that she cannot take my stuff. (I realize this discussion may continue for a few years.)
Recently, she was going into my laptop bag and removing the stuff from the pocket.
"Ellie, you may NOT take my stuff."
"OKAY! Fine. I'll get your stuff when you go to sleep."
"What?!?"
"I said OKAY! I'll just take your stuff when you go to sleep."
"Ellie, you know you shouldn't take my stuff when I'm asleep."
"Yes, I can. I'm going to take it...soon."
"Please leave my bag alone."
"Okay." *puts it on her head.*
"Ellie..."
*sigh* Puts it down.
