Proud again
Ellie donated 10 inches of her hair to locks of love today. I told her it was her choice if she wanted to get a haircut and if she did, it would grow longer near her birthday. (It was a wild guess.) We watched haircut videos on Youtube, so she would know what was going to happen.
She was sure. She wanted to give the bottom of her hairs to kids that need them and she would keep the top part. She even explained that to the people at the hair cutting place.
During the haircut she got to watch Spongebob and sit in a police car! They also made a video of the haircut, since it was her first ever. She was wonderful and I was so proud. She loves her new hair, but she expected it to be a lot shorter (we were watching other first haircut videos - mainly babies.)
So...that's that.
