(no subject)
So, those of you who know me know I have a bit of a fetish for wireless equipment, and a reckless attitude when it comes to nonvolatile firmware updates or modifications to expand the channel ranges.
Today, I'm fairly certain I toasted all the firmware on my 200mw senao card. This is irritating in that fixing it requires getting the card to power on when it has the equivalent of no fucking operating system. I have DOS utilities for flashing, which are more reliable than the corresponding lunix things. I just need to figure out all the right parameters and fake enough knowledge from these two PDF files.
In other news, this would be ideal to create a Local Socorro Mr. The Plague Network Business Enterprise, in order to Let wolf359nmt In On This (where "this" is the local network at the house lalabob11 and jaberwockynmt and I are moving into.) We just need some system boards and enclosures and antennae.... Hmm.
