I managed to forget this site existed for a bit
A friend recently reminded me of livejournal's existence. So much has happened since I last posted. I feel kind of bad about the post about Shannon in retrospect, but I don't take back any of it. I'm a full time student now. I need a job again. I have had the most crazy awesome beautiful year so far and I hope the trend continues.
I made a sad realization yesterday, but some background first. I, in general, have two types of freinds, I'll split them up as 'those I choose' and 'those whom I have no choice' to care deeply for. Both types are equally important to me, and I would flounder with out both kinds. The people I choose are people who help me grow as a person in significant ways, and I have some sort of electric connection with the ones in which I have no choice. The sad thought was that I have none of the people in which I have no choice left living in town, and those aren't people that I come by often.
The reason all of these friends are no longer here is that they've all gone to do wonderful things with themselves, so its bittersweet. I just will have to be better at connecting with the people that are far away more regularly.
