Copping out
I don't think I can watch the debates tonight. I'm already stressed out, and this seems like something I can cut out of my day without too much trouble. I'll check the highlights out later - heck, if something exciting happened, maybe I'll watch it tomorrow.
In related news, my delinquent student is driving me NUUUUUUUUUUUTTTTTTTSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS!! I'm actually so stressed about this kid that I'm breaking out! I'm having nightmares about him. Every new story I hear about him makes me wish I could persuade his parents to send him to military school. He's reached the point where he doesn't actually give a damn about classwork, school, or me, he just likes pushing for a reaction. And, as the school councilor pointed out, he has the principal totally hoodwinked! He's always a perfect doll for her, and talks about how mean the teacher and other students are to him. And then she talks to me.
