Day 31 - Accepted

I'd really like to see this/your version of this battle.

Think we can get Peter Jackson to film it for an Extra-special-awesome Crossover Edition of Lord of the Rings , now that he's finished mangling the Hobbit?

Thanks!

PJ might be just the director for it- as long as we can get him to agree that there are no gratuitous random animal steeds (elk, mountain goats, etc.) involved.

I'm trying to write my version of the battle - and the one in the East, where Anya, Willow, and Maglor all went out. So far nothing I've written quite does it justice... *sigh*

Oh my god Not just hitting on her but a nasty grope too! Sauron's a creepy pervert. Not that surprising for a guy who watches all the time I guess..

I love all of these. But I especially love this. Especially the Independance Day at the end..

Thanks!

Sauron was a nasty piece of work - he was Morgoth's lieutenant and torturer before he graduated to Big Bad in his own right. So a round of sexual harassment/assault seemed like something he'd try. (Not because he particularly expected it to work, but anything to creep an opponent out... and because he enjoys it.) *feels a little dirty just pondering the mind of Sauron*

Yeah, totally made sense to me :) I need to go re-read.. it's been a while since I read anything outside the trilogy and the Hobbit. *wonders where she left her copy of The Simarillion when she last moved... it's in a box somewhere..

So much love for this. Got caught up on the last installment and this one, back to back.

Apparently I need to dust in here...

They will never understand them but hey the spirits are up.

The best war cry ever and so true. Gosh I love it when Xander and Buffy do that.

And really hitting on Buffy without a big ewww.
I really hope there will be some more chapters because I want to know the battle and everything after. I really hope Buffy will survive this but knowing how angry she is, she will be so I have hope. Also for once I want her to life if only
to know peace.

There will be more, never fear. I've been working on writing Buffy & co during the War of the Ring, but I'm not sure when I will be happy enough with it to start posting. I'd also like to get Dawn's Early Light caught up first anyway - as you may have noticed, I still haven't finished posting all the stuff from last Fic A Day over at TtH yet.

If it relieves your mind, Buffy definitely survives.

Your kidding right. Everytime I start reading again. I open my favorites to hit this side to read more. So Yeah I did notice and can't wait for the rest to be posted.

I'm working on it. :) It took me a while to get the timeline unsnarled, since I wrote all out of order, and then there were a bunch of spots where I wanted to fill more in... Slowly but surely!
