Timeline/Setting: A couple years after the end of the series for Buffy and crowd. The Magnificent Seven is an AU set in modern day and the guys are an ATF team.

“He’s got that look on his face.” Vin announced from his relaxed lean against one of the two large SUV’s the ATF team arrived to the warehouse crime scene in.
Looking across the parking lot Josiah watched Chris start to pace. “What look is that brother Vin?”
“We’re going to have to share the case with another agency face.” Buck said looking up from the map spread out on the hood of the car.
“Ah yes, Mr. Larabee’s the boys had better behave or I’ll have them doing paperwork and shoveling horse stalls face mixed with his they had better not get in the way of my team working or there will be hell to pay. expression. I do believe that I will be avoiding our illustrious leader for the foreseeable future.” Ezra’s hands didn’t stop or hesitate while shuffling a deck of cards while sitting in the back seat with the car door open.
They watched Chris walk across the parking lot toward their cars not paying attention to the local police maintaining the perimeter of the crime scene. Thinking about the large duffel packed with first aid items Nathan was regretting not packing the second duffel seeing the glower on Chris’s face.
“We have to work with another team to solve this. I didn’t get a name just that they are new and internationally respected.” Chris said when he was close enough for the team to hear him.
“I’d say so. Last month the boss met with both the Queen of the Brits and the President.”
Christ turned to look at who had spoken. A young woman; confidence and tight clothing balancing an at ease expression with a ready to strike stance.
“I got everyone coffee and tea with a box of probably desserts instead of grain-ish breakfast things. I asked for a variety.” JD announced walking up with the SUV blocking his view of Chris and the woman.
Handing the drinks to Josiah and the box of food to Ezra JD looked over at to what had everyone’s attention. And ran around the car. “Faith!”
“JD” Opening her arms the dangerous woman softened a bit and Larabee’s ATF team slightly relaxed.
Hugging then not letting go the two stood side to side as Faith eyed Chris. “You work this these guys JD?”
“Yea, we’re a team, Chris is the leader and, Faith I found what I was looking for.” JD said just loud enough for his teammates to hear.
“I did too. Larabee, with that recommendation from JD we’ll work together and get this figured out. I’m Faith.” Sticking her hand out she was pleased that Chris didn’t hesitate taking it or trying to squeeze her fingers tight.
