Ride #3 today. To the gym and back however did not work out because the gym isn't open on Sundays. Instead I met up with some gals to walk. Lesson learned, it's a lot harder to bike up the hills on the way home after a 6 mile walk than it is after a 30 minute workout. I went on my inaugural ride today. Since I went into work early and left early for a dentist apt. There was still light in the day so I rode my bike to the gym. It took less than 10 minutes to get there, lock up the bike, and walk in the door. That's pretty comperable to driving really with all the lights and everything that driving has going ( Read more... )
