Were going from
to
using Photoshop CS.

01. Open your base. Crop it.
02. Sharpen it once.
03. Duplicate the base. Set it to: Screen. 70%.Desaturate it. *Layer 01*
04. Duplicate the base. Set it to: Soft Light. 100%.Desaturate it *Layer 02*
05. Duplicate the base. Set it to: Soft Light. 100%.Desaturate it. Then go to Filter>> Blur> Gaussian Blur >> 6.9 pixels.*Layer 03*
06. Flaten the layers.
07. Paste this layer. Set it to: Exclusion. 60% *Layer 01*
08. Paste this layer. Set it to: Color. 10%. *Layer 02*
09. Paste this layer. Set it to: Color. 10%. *Layer 03*
10. Flaten the layers again.
11. Open this brush by Arisubox.
12. Duplicate it. Select the paint bucket tool in this color and use ONLY in the black part of the brush. The Set it to: Multiply It will look like this. *Layer 01*
13. Select the part you want from the first icon we made and paste over the brush.*Layer 02*
14. Paste this texture by ashke_icons over everything. Set it to : Pin Light. 70%. Erase the part that covers his face. *Layer 03*
