ive lost a total of 12 pounds, and i want to start feeling the loss. i dont feel like ive lost anything, but i had to actually tape my pants to my skin to keep them from falling down at work...but i dont FEEL the difference, and i dont think i look any different. i guess its just because i have so much to lose that just a little bit doesnt really

i'm also on the get healthy kick (cutting out the crap eating, excercising more etc)and could do to lose a few pounds.
just ot of curiousity, what kind of program does weight watchers have you on?
