(no subject)
well I feel like I haven't updated in forever. but I've just been living life, instead of writing it lately lol.
school has been going ok. I don't mind most of my classes, so that's good. and although my education class is horrible, I'm really really enjoying being out in the field and in the classroom. I was dreading it this semester because I was placed in a Kindergarten classroom, but I actually love it. The kids are so cute, and so much satisfaction comes from seeing them grasp a concept that your showing them. It's just an amazing feeling.
My social life has been amazing as well. I've met so many new people, and most of these new people are just awesome. I feel so much more comfortable being me lately, than I have ever since I was a little little kid. I just feel like my confidence has just boomed, and I'm more into taking the first step to introducing myself to someone. I like myself right now, inside and out, and if someone I meet doesn't like me, then I can honestly say, I just don't care.
So I love being the adopted roommate. I feel so comfortable at willy p, even more than at my own college. The people are different, and if it wasn't for my free ride, I might transfer. I like caldwell, it's just I enjoy the dorm life at willy p. I've been hanging out a lot with kristen, lindsay, will, ryan, mike, jackie, andrea, alex... just awesome people in general.
last night was a lot a lot of fun. me, kris, ryan, mike, will, and jackie chilled. alex and lindsay were there for a lil bit of it too. wednesday maybe me, kris, chris, and will will chill and have fun :) Thursday I believe is poker night w/ me, kris, ryan, and mike. (and maybe will). Playing poker with goldfish and cheez-its.... gotta love it!
- Mike: "I'm gonna put in a pizza goldfish"
- Kris: "OH, well I'll raise you an original!"
- Mike: "OH NO, your breakin out the original!?!?!"
Ok, well I must go observe. I'm all dressed up and feel all pretty lol. Call to make plans later.
