In order to motivate myself to use my Digital Harinezumi more actively, I thought it would be a good idea to start a photo blog for my harinezu snaps. Christian coded me a brilliant little gallery allowing me to update the blog even while we're in Japan where I won't have access to my laptop or any picture editing tools. I'll continue testing it during the two weeks (!) that are left before we leave to check that everything works as planned. Excitement!
There are no +1, Like, or retweet/reblog buttons, and I don't want them. I might want a guestbook later? Old school, awww yeahhh. For now I just love that I have this little gallery to display my pictures at, where people can go look at things if they want to. Not that there is much to look at at the moment, but I hope to expand on what's there these next couple of days.
I think I found a good size to display the harinezu snaps in, but I'm open for feedback on everything. Do you find the background colour absolutely hideous? Should there be a blurb with more info about me?
The blog is up and running now at
http://hitorimoni.net, I'd love it if you would go take a look :]
