Back in Oslo~

Aaaand I'm back home. To tons of snow, closed shops, and freezing cold T___T; The drive home was a nightmare.

Christmas Eve was hectic, but fun. 14 people for Christmas dinner means a lot of food, ahahha. We had three different main courses for people to choose from 8D The two most common Norwegian Christmas dinners; pinnekjøtt with pureed swede and potatoes, and pork ribs with potatoes and gravy and other things that I can't remember, because we usually have pinnekjøtt for Christmas dinner at home XD. In addition to these there was turkey with lots of side dishes to go with that, and we had different kinds of Norwegian Christmas sausages and such.... I think I tried everything~ FOOD COMA. xD Mmmm delicious food coma. And then there were a trillion different kinds of cakes to try and we unwrapped presents.

I got a ton of presents :x

Still in the process of unpacking after the trip, so I haven't quite been able to take it all in yet. Ahahaha. I bought DJHero for me and Christian, and it is so much fun @_@; Not too hard to play, and the music mixes are brilliant. ♥ I also love that you can play two player games with a DJHero controller and a Guitar Hero/Rock Band guitar. :D The DJHero controller is very sleek, and not too big. It's easy to stash away, as opposed to the various Rock Band peripherals that are large and bulky (though also tons of fun).

Lalala.

Oh and did I mention that I finally got a haircut? I've been wanting a haircut for several months now, but could never be bothered. Found a salon in Ålesund that didn't require you to set up an appointment, so I went in and did something random. Really. I basically told the hairdresser that she could do whatever she felt like XD She was happy to take the challenge, and this is what I ended up with;

Completely asymmetrical, lots of layers, and big and poofy. Though I have a lot less hair now. She gave me an undercut~ I also coloured it, it's red-ish copper tone with some dark brown at the roots and in the back. I bought some hair products to play with. She used some weird salt-water powder to get it big and poofy, so I bought that. Even though I felt silly doing so. Salt-water powder... does this mean I'd pretty much get the same effect by using salt? Lulz.

Looking forward to New Year's Eve, and looking forward to 2010! I have tickets to see Disney On Ice in January, and I have tickets to see Kaizers Orchestra in February. I'll only take one class this spring semester, and I still work at Edderkoppen~ wheeee. Can't wait to get started on the new year ^_^!
