Dumb luck
I seem to have some sort of luck, I'm thinking it's good luck but I'm not so sure.
Saturday I had just finished delivering the last of three weddings we had for the weekend. I think I got about a mile down the road when the check engine light went on, the van seemed to be running fine, maybe I just didn't put the gas cap on tight enough (from past experience this will make the light go on). So I just drove home.
Yesterday morning I decided I better drop it off at the garage just to check things out. Jumped in the van it won't start!
It will crank but not turn over. If this would have happened during the day on Saturday I would have been so screwed. I'm also glad the little light waited to show it's self until all the weddings were in place, it was too busy a day to be worried the van was going to explode or something to that nature. This is the second or third time it has broken down shortly after a busy weekend, hopefully my luck doesn't run out.
