Just thought I'd let you guys know I've had a strange string of hand injuries recently so I haven't been cooking much. I do have 3 recipes to share though and hopefully tomorrow I will get those up. These are all recipes I made for a picnic tara and I had on saturday. Our latest thing is to go swimming and have a picnic. Usually I do all the cooking since it's a good opportunity for me to try new things but tara made excellent chocolate cupcakes for us this week :) Anyway, nothing like stuffing yourself and reclining in the grass :) hehe ( Read more... )

SO! In the interest of sharing my newly found culinary skills I am thinking I'm going to try something new on my lj. Since I like to post here all the time anyway, I think I am going to post everyday what I make for dinner.
