I'd like to tell you all that I'm really busy, but I'm not. Instead, I wake up at 7ish AM to either drive or be driven to work, leave around 1 or 2PM, then run, paint, and watch Judge Judy. life is pretty stagnant right now, but that's fine. God has a destiny planned for me.

Until then, let me give you some incite to my stagnant life:

PAINTINGS
I was recently accepted into Northeast Minneapolis's Art-A-Whirl, a very serious art fair that takes place in, well, Nordeast Minnecropolis. I'll have some art in the Q.arma Gallery (in the Q.arma Building...some damn good things in that building...), and hopefully Gallery 13. We'll see. I submitted some other gallery applications this week!

Since then, I've been on a big painting kick...two new paintings in the work. One of Sophia Loren. The other is just Diet Coke and Bleach on an unprimed canvas (I'm such an artist). It'll be for Kayla's new cube at work. Right now, her cube only contains a lobster I won from a crane machine in an Ohio rest-stop on the way home from my cousin john's wedding in Pennsylvania (the infamous one where I was apparently doing the Cha-Cha Slide with two Rolling Rocks in my hand. Funny how I don't really remember that...).

BAND SHIRTS
I am currently starting to drink and make some band shirts. My dad and I made some screen-printing equipment over X-Mas. he also gave me some f his paints, chemicals, an old light, a thick pience of glass, and some directions. The way my dad used to print is a bit archaic, so there is a bit of trial and error involved. But low an behold, two t-shirt designs...

Free-handed, and probably the coolest thing I've ever free-handed. Single color on light-color shirts...

The extent of my digital expertise...multi-colored on black shirts.

RECORDING
We may be finishing up our recording this weekend. Hmmm. We'll see.

RUNNING
I'm trying to get in shape, not only because I've fille dout a bit, bu tbecause our boundary waters trip is coming up early June. That's soon, man. I've been running nearly every day this week, about 40 mintues. Good thing I'm only part time, eh?

Hehe, hmmmm.
