I was certain that, laid up after my fall down the stairs, I would be forced to write more, pour out my heart into LiveJournal. Now that my cast has been removed and I am ambulatory again, it surprises me that I composed practically nothing during that space in time. I've missed you and have been meaning to call. I'm afraid I've been a bad friend but I think of you often. I am thrilled you are up, if not quite running, and I hope to speak with you soon.

I've missed you. I've been away since Sunday afternoon otherwise I would have been glad to chat. Unfortunately my life is getting busier and busier the way it always does at this time of year. I'll be away a lot and have limited access to email between now and Labour Day. Please let me have your snailmail addy so I can send postcards when I get a chance.
