First of all: moosebutter. Oh my word so much win.
So, inspired by a panel I saw at Jacon, and the fact that I can't sleep right now (derf ><), I've decided to put some of my favorite anime openings and endings up here. Because I can. XD
Gundam 00 Season 2 - Namida no Mukou
Okay, so this video actually has all four Gundam 00 openings in it, which is fine since 00 had some really nice openings. But my favorite is probably the fourth one, Namida no Mukou. And it's totally not because there's a shirtless Tieria in it. >.>'' Although, song wise, Daybreak's Bell is still my favorite.
Baccano! - Guns & Roses
This opening is so cool (it may have actually unseated Tank! as my favorite anime opening). It's addictingly fun to watch and listen to, and a great way to help keep track of the massive cast of Baccano! (this isn't even the full cast introduced here...it's freaking huge).

Cowboy Bebop - Tank!
Classic.
12 Kingdoms - Juuni Genmukyoku
I tend to have a soft spot for instrumental openings. This one isn't as action filled as most anime openings, but it just fits 12 Kingdoms so well.
Mononoke - Kagen no Tsuki
OMFG Mononoke. One of the most under appreciated animes EVER. And if you think this opening is a color/visual overload, wait until you see the anime. It practically bleeds rainbows. Rainbows made of AWESOME.
And along the same lines, here's the Bakeneko arc opening from Ayakashi: Japanese Classic Horror, which first introduced the Medicine Seller.
Gundam Wing - Just Communication
Because I'm a sucker for pretty boys in giant robots.
Black Cat - Namidaboshi
*gigglesnerk* I love this ending, if only for the adorable wtf-ness of it.
Trinity Blood - Broken Wings
As much as I absolutely freaking adore Trinity Blood, I'll be the first to admit that the opening is hardly memorable. The ending however...is gorgeous.
Okay, I think I killed my insomnia. Time for sleep!
