Mermaid watch.
If only I could remember to wind this damn watch.
I wanted a pocket watch for soo long, I would look at them for hours on ebay for months. At Christmas in 2007, Chris gave me this beautiful antique mermaid pendant watch. I've always worn it, but it doesn't keep time very well, so I forget about it. If I paid more attention to this treasured gift of mine, perhaps I wouldn't have a whole book dedicated to how many minutes it is off by date and whether or not it is still ticking.
