Hayami Kishimoto is so my thinspo atm. =] Such a cute girl with a little teeny body, it's inspiring to watch her perform and dance in her music videos especially.
Anyhoo, firs technical weigh-in will be tomorrow morning. As it has been a week and is right after an up day. Yesterday...did horrible. Down day, but did not stay within my limits at all whatsoever. -.- Since I had to work all day and close, I was just gonna stick with a nice breakfast..especially since I woke up kinda late anyways. Made 2 blueberry frozen waffles which were 180, then some sugar free syrup (35). Considered adding a strip of bacon to the mix..but was too lazy. Anyhow, had that and some water. Fine. Got to talking to a friend on the phone..usually that's a distraction but for some reason I decided to eat more. Another set of waffles, more syrup. ..Then some poptarts and then a granola bar. =[ I was disgustingly stuffed and my tummy hurt like heck. Fortunately my body still seemed to keep in mind I was only alotted 300 cals...and I wasn't able to hold any of that food down. Much to my relief..though I felt hella sick lol.
Went to visit said friend in her new place and came back with a hlaf hour to spare before work. Just enough time to get ready. But what do I do? That's right, fucking ate again. Mom offered to heat me up this big tv dinner thing before I go, but I told her I had a big breakfast and got sick from it, so I don't wanna chance it and eat again before work. ..I turn around and heat up a Lean Cuisine pizza dish and pop open a serving bag of Doritos and diet pop. Full again..felt bad, but was satisfied that I'd supposedly burn over 1,000 cals working tonight. It'd take off most of the damage. =x And nicely after lots of physical movement, bending down to collect dvd's and all that jazz. My tummy started hurting again. Wasn't long before I had to rush to the bathroom. -.- Was inconvenient..but I was relieved the food weight was gone. Felt kinda iffy for most of the night, but oh wells. Took the most physical of tasks, like instead of standing there being the main cashier I offered to do all the pulls and run around the store like mad. And we were crazy busy to boot..had people in even after we closed at midnight -.- Damn manager was kind enough to not kick them out... Then we had to make sure the place was spic and span before we left. I swept and mopped, so that was a bit of exercise too. It was well into 1am before I finally went home.
Weighed myself after coming home...118 still. I thought though, surely it was water weight from me going to the bathroom so frequently today and sweat and such from work. Was dying of thirst so I guzzled down a bottle of water before bed. My body must've needed that something terrible, usually drinking water, any amount = peeing like mad. But I seemed to be okay. When I awoke in the morning, early mind you and not with a full night's sleep. =/ I was still a solid 118..with pj's on. =] Though I fluked up, it's nice to see I didn't necessarily loose out on all my efforts.
