No, I'm dead serious...the radio station we listen to at work plays this commercial for slinkies all the freakin' time. Honestly, wtf?
And apparantly, my muses have decided to attack me en masse, since ALL of them are throwing ideas at me pell-mell. Too many to sort out! Ack! I managed to write two, count 'em, two FMA fanfics last night in about an hour or so. Also, I was attacked by my art muse with ideas for ToraCon designs, as well as some fanart of this one fic I've been reading, Better Living Through Alchemy. Good stuff man, good stuff. I've also been working on the dreamcatcher for Yvette, and it's coming along pretty well. Woot!
Now I just need to get my Noble Treason muse to cooperate...either with art for it, or actual story ideas. I am bloody determined to finish the damn thing someday, even if it spells the end of me!
*sigh* I feel like I'm being torn in too many directions right now...too many ideas and images rolling around my head. It's terribly hard to land on just one thing when there are so many swirling around; and it's really distracting when you're trying to drive! If only I could plug myself into my computer and save all the things my muses are throwing at me for later use.
