So, typhoon happened. It was fairly epic in how much wind and rain there was, then all of a sudden it was gone. Hit around 5, 5:30 in the morning, though, so that was no fun. My window's right next to where my head is, and there's also a balcony for the rain to bounce off of and generally make a really loud noise, so. Sigh, not a lot of sleep for me last night.
They stop the trains running during and after typhoons, because I guess there's a lot of water that effects the lines in the mountains that the trains are on, so they stopped the trains until around 10:00-ish today. As a result, there were no morning classes. When I went out to go to my afternoon class, I left at 12:00, thinking I'd have plenty of time to get there before 1:30, since it usually takes an hour. But the trains are running so sporadically that the next train didn't come until 12:23, so I had to sit at the station and wait. And then, it was so packed that it was ridiculous. I literally was pushed further into the train, and then started to fall over because I tripped on someone's foot, but there were so many people there was nowhere to fall, I was just propped up. And I was standing awkwardly pressed front to front with this random guy, and guh. Here's a video that I found on youtube that depicts the situation perfectly, but instead of filming it, I was busy IMing someone on my phone complaining about it. xD;; Voila:

Anyway, as a end result, I got to school exactly at 1:30, so I was late for my class, but practically no one was there, because I guess one of the train lines still isn't running, so. I got lucky. Class was alright, talked to the professor after, then ran over here to use the computers and tell y'all about this. Will work on trying to post pictures to facebook at least--I have some on my phone, I just have to figure out how to post them from there.
