Challenge 3--Bonus 3--Challenge 4 Header
Here it is--our last bonus round. For our veteran makers, you should probably know what to expect--that's right, it's header time! Our wonderful current header made by nyaza will be retired at the end of the challenge, so we'll need a new one to use for Challenge Four!
However, there are a few twists this time round. First off, you'll have two weeks to submit an entry--plenty of time to make a stunner and think through it. Second of all, I will break tradition and give at least one reminder (half way through) since this is an extra long submission period, so it's easy to forget in the holiday craze. Third, and most importantly, the header you make will be extremely important because it will decide the overall Challenge Four theme.
To clarify, the header you make should represent or incorporate what your Challenge Four idea. For example, our current header works perfectly for Challenge Three because its focal point is a work of fan art. Thus, if you decide you want Challenge Four to be all about Breaking Dawn, you might incorporate Nessie or all the different Clans. Similarly, if you want a Dream Team challenge, your header might feature actors/models who aren't the official movie cast.
In case you are stuck for challenge ideas, I have included a very long and detailed list of possible challenge ideas. Please read all the rules as they are quite specific. And of course, don't hesitate to ask questions.

Challenge Four Ideas:
Teams--Makers will be split into "Clans" and their points will all go to a cumulative group score. Thus, there will be no individual winner but a Clan winner. Or, in Harry Potter terms, your individual efforts are all going to try and win the house cup.
Non-Icon Iconathon--Rounds not involving icons (i.e. FO banners, profile headers, layouts, main site headers, wallpapers, etc.)
Traditional Rounds: Every round will feature me giving you an illustration, a pic, etc and you will have to make icons from it. Like most traditional icontest rounds.
Alphabet Rounds--Every round in the challenge will go through the letter of the alphabet. So, for example, Round One might feature Aro and Bella, while Round Two features Coloring and the Denali Clan, and so on...
Text--All rounds will heavily emphasize the use of text through a combination of quotes, lyrics, book excerpts, fan fic snippets, etc.
General Rules:
1. All headers must be submitted to this post by Monday, January 5, 2009 at 12:01 AM US CENTRAL STANDARD TIME. For our international participants who need help converting, try here.
2. You may submit only ONE (1) header total. Per usual, you will be allowed to edit your entry until the deadline.
3. All textures, brushes, blending, stock, fan art (with artist's permission) and animation is allowed.
4. Do not post your entries anywhere until after the voting is over and the results have been announced. Do not submit a previously made header. Do not submit an header you yourself haven't made. Breaking any of these rules will get you disqualified.
5. Also, please post any questions concerning this round as a comment to this post. Comments are screened.

1.The header should be 750 x 364 pixels. I will resize it later to fit our profile and for promo banners.
2. The following words/phrases ALL must be included on the header:

Challenge 4
Challenge Four Idea (Obviously, not those words, literally, but the actual idea. i.e. "Non-Canon Couples", "Hush", etc.)
3. If your Challenge Four Title/Idea is not self-explanatory, please explain it to me in a little blurb with your submission.
4. Don't worry about matching the current colors. I can easily adjust the menu bars, text, etc. to match your header.
5. For this round only, you only have to submit a url. If you submit an img src, please resize it to half the original size. There is no file size restriction.
6. That's it. Pretty simple, eh? Have fun!
