Challenge 2--Round 9--Twicon Header
Don't worry--you still have all weekend to do Round 8! However, I decided to post Challenge 9 and Bonus 3 early because they are quite involved and will take more time, so I thought you might like two weekends to work on them. Please read all the rules again because they have all changed to reflect the week's theme of "other than icon projects". The parameters are all different, and the points are all different.
Round 9 is dedicated to making a new header for the twiconathon . Our beautiful header is currently made by mal_contentum , but we'll need a new one for the main page, promos, and the profile for Challenge 3!
General Rules:
1. All headers must be submitted to this post by Sunday, September 28 at 11:59PM US CENTRAL STANDARD TIME. For our international participants who need help converting, try here.
2. You may submit only ONE (1) header total. Per usual, you will be allowed to edit your entry until the deadline.
3. All textures, brushes, blending, stock, fan art (with artist's permission) and animation is allowed.
4. Do not post your entries anywhere until after the voting is over and the results have been announced. Do not submit a previously made header. Do not submit an header you yourself haven't made. Breaking any of these rules will get you disqualified.
5. Also, please post any questions concerning this round as a comment to this post. Comments are screened.

Bonus 3 Rules:
1.The header should be 750 x 364 pixels. I will resize it later to fit our profile and for promo banners.
2. The phrases "Twiconathon" and "Twilight LIMS with a twist" must be somewhere on you header. "Challenge 3" is optional.
3. Don't worry about matching the current colors. I can easily adjust the menu bars, text, etc. to match your header.
4. For this round only, you only have to submit a url. If you submit an img src, please resize it to half the original size. There is no file size restriction.
5. Due to the large amount of space you have to fill up and make pretty, all entrants will earn (3) points for entering, this round only,
6. That's it. Pretty simple, eh? Have fun!
