Epilogue
So I call up a few days ago for an eye doctor appointment and I specifically ask for a day that my specific doctor is going to be there. So I show up, wait, wait, wait. Watch 2 kids go ahead of me because "they're kids and you know...", heard the phrase "I have two baby-mamas" for the first time in my life, waited, was informed that my doctor wasn't there today when I asked how much longer she'd be, waited, and then got rushed out the door after a quick 2 second checkup and having been there for exactly 2 hours and 5 minutes.
I even had to wait to pay! (And yes, I did nearly leave without paying at that point).
