went to watch POTC3 with dad and bro yesterday.
where do i starttt...
OMG ORLANDO BLOOM. *passes out* i was a HUGE fangirl from '02-'04 cos of LOTR, POTC and Troy... then i didn't manage to catch the other movies he made so it kinda died out a little, then Fernando came along... XD but yesterday. rekindled my burning lurrrve for him. XD hsa;lfkjhdkjsadhksjadhlkdaflksdahfsh *flails* ahmagad.

it was so difficult to fangirl him properly because i was seated in a row full of males. 2 on my right - dad & bro and 2 on my left - rather smelly ones too. nearly died cos the movie was 3 hours long and i had to suffer with that dood's BO. ewww.
i liked the movie very much. it didn't feel like it was 3 hours long. lots of exciting action throughout - though it was highly confusing at times, what with all the double/triple-crossing going on. i was really confused where Will Turner stood. Chow Yun-Fat was highly disappointing. they made him out to be like some major character but killed him off so quickly. plus he was fat, bald, ugly and perverted in the movie. X_x psh. to my flisters, i assure you that Singapore does not look like that now. i highly doubt it looked like that in the past either. people didn't wear such clothes, especially not the females. so... don't believe anything the movie said, though the part about pirates hanging around here in the past is true. when Sao Feng made his entrance and said "Welcome to Singapore", the entire theatre laughed. XD it was quite funny since y'know, we were in Singapore.
Calypso creeped me out quite alot. her makeup and stuff were already freaky enough but her actions were just plain freaky. the little stone crabs were cute though. XD Jack was extremely hilarious when he was hallucinating. his eyeliner and stuff is seriously quite cool. and when Ronnie Woods popped up, there was like electric guitar music in the background. pirate rock chic = ubercool. oh lol, the Indian pirate lord made us roffle the most. XD
in this movie Jack the monkey was actually really cute and not evil-looking like it was in the previous movies. when they were sailing in the icy waters and Jack the monkey was all frozen it was sooo kute! ^^ and Ronnie Woods' dog! aww.
i dunno about you but Hans Zimmer has got to be a musical genius. his dramatic music made me cry thrice during the movie. psh. there i was with the tears streaming down my face and the males sitting around me were like O_o. i liked Elizabeth Swann's character in this movie. *nods* she was brave and courageous. the part where she tried to rally the pirates to battle was very touching, and so was the part where she met her father. oh yes. Elizabeth and Will's wedding = coolest wedding EVER, lol. and of course in true female fashion when they kissed i was like *flails madly* *sighs happily* *feels jealous of Kiera Knightley* but yeah. so romantic. XD *sighs* i almost shrieked when Will was stabbed by Jones. :P i was like NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO! and such a tragically beautiful ending. Will + Elizabeth are worse off than Cowherd Boy and Weaving Girl man. at least they get to meet once a year. Will only gets 1 day ashore every 10 years! ;_________; oh man. :(((
i really liked the pieces of eight in the movie. ^^ haha. especially eyeball dood. XD the fighting scenes were great because there was minimal blood/gore and it really felt awe-inspiring. it was just all very touching to me. *weeps* and Jack Sparrow = physics genius. i would have never thought of rocking the boat to induce torque on the ship. when they were running up and down i was like whoa dude! that's like, a pair of moments with equal magnitude in opposite directions which = torque! *nerds*
so yes. overall it was quite an emotional experience and i loved it. <3 i once again reiterate my love for Orlando Bloom and if Fernando doesn't want me anymore i shall marry Orlando. XDDD srsly. IS HE NOT GORGEOUS AND PERFECT?! and his accent. guh. *passes out*

sheld0n said there was something to watch after the credits so i made dad and bro wait like 15 minutes for the credits to roll (gosh, there were SO MANY people involved in the movie?!). by then everyone had left the theatre save for like 5 other people, and bro was about to punch me. stupid boy. but yuh.
