Ryo woke up because the sun was hurting his eyes. He realized he fell asleep with his back against the headboard his head resting on Tatsuya's. The other's arms were on his waist and was hugging him tightly. Ryo rubbed his eyes to adjust his vision and when he did this, Tatsuya snuggled closer to him.
A smile formed on his face. He remembers what happened last night. He confessed to Tatsuya. He hugged the other tightly to the point that even the wind can't pass in between their bodies. He was waiting for Tatsuya to say something but the other kept silent. The only thing he heard was Tatsuya's sobs. Hearing them, Ryo also cried while he repeatedly says to Tatsuya how much he loves him.
Everything went so fast. They had dinner and drank some wine and then he and Tatsuya were dancing. When a slow song played, Tatsuya rested his head on Ryo's shoulder and when Ryo asked him something, he didn't respond. He fell asleep on Ryo's shoulder. Ryo had to carry him back to the villa. Ryo tucked him on the bed before going to the shower. He then came back and slid beside Tatsuya. He sat against the headboard and reached for a book on the bedside table. He was halfway through the book when Tatsuya reached onto him and snuggled on his waist. Ryo lessened his movements and placed the book on top of the bedside table.
He played with Tatsuya's hair making sure that it doesn't cover the other's beautiful face. Ryo fell asleep that way. His fingers intertwined with Tatsuya's hair and his other hand holding Tatsuya's hand.

Ryo's phone in the apartment rang but because he wasn't at home, the answering machine was on.The caller left a message for him.
"Baby! How are 'ya? I know you miss me. I'm sorry I wasn't able to tell you were I'm going. My manager just dragged me of to LA for a runway show. Don't be mad okay? I'm coming home tonight! Wait for me okay? I miss you so much! I love you!"
It was Ueto Aya.

Ryo carefully removed Tatsuya's arms on his waist and got up from the bed. He reached for his cell phone and saw dozens of missed calls from Nakamaru. He dialed the others number to ask if there was something wrong.
"Hello? Nakamaru?"
"Ryo? Thank God you finally returned my call."
"I'm sorry. Is there something wrong?"
"Takizawa and Tsubasa want you here as soon as possible." Nakamaru said
"Eh? Why?"
"I don't know. They just called in this morning. Anyway, your reservation for the resort is up to lunch right? Can you ask Tatsuya if you can come home earlier?"
"Uhmmm…He’s still sleeping."
"You have to wake him up soon. You need to come back as soon as possible."
"Okay okay. We'll just eat breakfast then we're off. Happy?"
"See you later. Bye!"
Ryo sighed.He walked out to the balcony and stared at the sea. His supposed to be vacation with Tatsuya is cut short by his boss. What's the point of filing an off if he'll still be bothered?
"Who were you talking too?"
Tatsuya asked. The last few words just came out as a mumble because of his yawns.
Hearing Tatsuya's voice made him jump a little.
"Sorry to wake you up." Ryo said
"It's okay. Sorry for falling asleep last night. I'm really weak when it comes to alcohol. So who called?"
"Nakamaru."
"Is there something wrong?"
"Takki and Tsubasa want me to go back as soon as possible. I can't believe they're cutting my off."
"It's okay; we are leaving at noon right? Leaving a few hours before that is fine with me." Tatsuya said.
"I'm really sorry Tatsuya. I promise we'll go back here okay?"
Ryo pulled Tatsuya towards him and hugged him.T atsuya rested his head on Ryo's shoulder. Their sweet moment was cut short when Ryo's cell phone rang again.
"Hello?"
"Tell me you're on your way here?" It was Nakamaru on the other line.
"I'm on my way to kill you!" Ryo said before hanging up on Nakamaru.
Tatsuya was smiling the whole time they were packing their things while Ryo was still sulking because Nakamaru just disturbed his time with Tatsuya. They ate a quick breakfast and were on their way back to Tokyo. During their travel Nakamaru kept on calling and asking where they were which pissed Ryo even more.
Tatsuya can't help but laugh seeing Ryo like that.
Nakamaru sent a car to pick Ryo up when they arrived at Tokyo and to bring him to the office. He argued with the driver because it means that he has to leave Tatsuya.Ryo called Nakamaru.
"What the hell are you doing?!"
"You need to be here!"
"I'm not going to leave Tatsuya here!"
"I already called Yamapi. He said he'll come and pick up Tatsuya. Please Ryo, get in the car and come here now!"
Ryo hang up again.
"Ryo, go on. Pi already sent me a message that he's on his way here." Tatsuya said
"But--"
"Don't be stubborn. I'm not a child. It's not like I'll be lost and won't find my way home. I can go home by myself."
"No. You'll wait for Yamapu here okay?"
"Okay. Go. The driver's waiting."
Ryo got in the car while Tatsuya decided to look for a place to sit. The driver was about to close the car door when Ryo suddenly got out again and ran after Tatsuya. He grabbed Tatsuya's shoulder and turned him around and pressed his lips into the other's. Tatsuya's eyes flew wide open at Ryo’s sudden action but before he could react, Ryo pulled away.
"Sorry to do that here. I just felt I needed to do that." Ryo said and smiled at him.
Tatsuya still stood there speechless
"Bye!" Ryo said as he ran back to the car and got in.
Tatsuya's cheeks were red and he felt tingly all over. When his emotions has calmed down, he realized where he was. He looked around and wished no one has recognized him or else Johnny would go berserk. He knows that Johnny doesn't care whether his gay or not it's just that if he was going to make out in public, Johnny should at least know who he's making out with. He palmed his face and blamed Ryo for being so careless.
*beep beep*
Tatsuya looked up and saw Yamapi inside the car. He rolled down the car windows and waved at Tatsuya.
"Okaeri!" Yamapi said
Tatsuya smiled and said a simple "Tadaima!"
He got inside the car and they headed back to the apartment. Yamapi kept on glancing at Tatsuya. The other didn't realize it but he was smiling the whole time.
"Glad to know you had fun" Yamapi said
"Huh?" Tatsuya asked with a confused look.
"The smile on your face doesn't fade. You've been smiling like an idiot since we've seen each other. Aren't your jaws tired?" Yamapi asked
"Shut up." Tatsuya said
Yamapi just laughed and continued driving.
Tatsuya got his phone from his bag and wrote a message
To: Ryo
Are you free tonight?
From: Tatsuya
Ryo who's been yawning at Tsubasa's lecture checked his phone when it vibrated. He smiled when he read that the message was from Tatsuya
To: Tatsuya
According to my schedule, I'm free. Why?
From: Ryo
Tatsuya excitedly read Ryo's message and sent his reply.
To: Ryo
I want to invite you for dinner. The same place we had lunch.
From: Tatsuya
To: Tatsuya
Sure. I'll meet you there around 7 okay?

Tatsuya's smile became even bigger after his exchange of messages with Ryo.
"I swear that smile of yours would reach your ears" Yamapi said out of the blue.
"Can you please stop?" Tatsuya said
Yamapi just shut up but once in a while, he'll start laughing and Tatsuya would just glare at him to make him stop.
It was already quarter to 7 when the meeting finished and Ryo dashed out of the room and grabbed his bag. He was on his way out when Nakamaru and Koki called after him.
"Hey Ryo!" Koki called
"What do you want now? I just cut my day off and sat through that meeting just like you wanted so can i please go now? I have to be in a restaurant I 15 minutes!" Ryo said
"What're you going to do there?" Koki asked
"None of your business! Bye!"
"Oi! Ryo! The song is needed in two weeks okay? Be sure to finish it!" Nakamaru called out but Ryo was out of the building.
Tatsuya reserved the same room they got when they ate at that restaurant for lunch. He asked if he could open the curtains on the room since the view from outside was magnificent and the manager agreed. He waited for Ryo patiently. After Ryo's confession, he realized he hasn't told Ryo his feelings towards him.
He has never said that he also love Ryo the way he loves him. He grabbed a rectangular box from his bag and opened it.
*You are the reason my heart keeps on beating... I Love You, Ryo.*
Those words are the only thing that he wants to tell Ryo. The words he should've said 10 years ago.
Tatsuya smiled. Finally he can tell Ryo his feelings and he can give him the necklace that he wanted Ryo to wear. He closed the box and put it back on his bag.
The door opened and Ryo came in. Tatsuya can hear him pant.
"Eh? Why do you look like you've just ran?" Tatsuya asked
"I did."
"What?"
"I ran."
"Why?"
"Cause if not, I wouldn't make it on time."
"I can wait for a few minutes you know." Tatsuya said
"But I don't want you to wait."
Tatsuya stared at him. Ryo straightened himself up.
"You're so stupid." Tatsuya said
"I want to see you that's why I do stupid things."
Tatsuya smiled
"Let's eat" He said
He and Ryo sat facing each other and they started to eat. They started eating and once in a while, they would steal glances at each other and smile. Tatsuya couldn't wait to give Ryo the necklace and tell him his feelings.

Nakamaru and Koki were working on the song when Maru's phone rang.
"Yes? Hello?"
"Maru!!! Where's Ryo?" the caller asked
"Aya?"
"Yes! It's me!" Aya said
"Where are you? Where have you been?"
"I went to LA for a fashion show. I've just arrived today."
"Ah! We were looking for you. You were supposed to be with Ryo at Okinawa."
"Yes I know. I'm sorry for not telling you. My manager just dragged me. Anyway, I left a message in our phone earlier but he didn't reply. Do you know where he is?"Aya asked
"Uhmmm...wait, I'll ask Koki okay?"
Maru turned to Koki who was busy writing some lyrics.
"Hey, do you remember where Ryo's going?" Nakamaru asked
"At the restaurant where he and Aya announced their engagement." Koki said.
Nakamaru pressed hi phone back to his ears.
"Ryo's at your favorite restaurant." Nakamaru informed her
"Oh really? I'll go there then! Thanks Maru!"
"You’re welcome!"

They were finally done with dinner and Tatsuya requested a bottle of wine from the waiter. This is the time to give Ryo the necklace and tell him everything.
The wine arrived and Ryo poured some for the two of them.
"So, are you going to tell me something?" Ryo asked with a smirk on his face.
"Eh?"
"You invited me for dinner so I guess you have something to tell me."
Tatsuya just smiled at him.
"So...are you or are you not telling me something?" Ryo asked again.
Tatsuya reached into his bag and grabbed the box. He was holding it under the table and not letting Ryo see it.
"Ryo...Actually--"
He was cut short when the door opened and a girl came in.
"Baby!!!" The girl called.
Tatsuya had a confused look on his face while Ryo turned to see who it was. Ryo saw the girl walking towards them and his jaw dropped.
When she reached Ryo, she kissed him fully on the lips. Tatsuya's eyes widened in shock. The girl pulled back smiled at Ryo.
"Baby! I missed you!" The girl said.
"Aya? Why are you here?" Ryo asked.
"Aw... Baby! I was looking all over for you. I called our apartment and left you a message but you didn't get it. I was calling you several times when I arrived at the airport but you won't answer my calls." Aya said
"How did you know I'm here?"Ryo asked
"I called Nakamaru. He said you're here so I came over." Aya said and smiled at Ryo
Ryo just sat speechless. He doesn't want to see Tatsuya's reaction so he didn't dare turn to face the other.
"Ryo...I'm sorry okay? I know we were supposed to go to Okinawa together and Nakamru told me that it's his gift to us for our engagement but I couldn't turn
down the job. Remember I promised I won't accept international offers for a year after we get married? I just had to because I don't know if I'd still be invited after a year." Aya said
Tatsuya couldn't believe he's listening to this kind of conversation. Everything happened so fast. Just minutes ago, he and Ryo were eating together and he's about to tell him everything when suddenly this girl comes in and kiss Ryo right in front of him. Now she's talking about a wedding? Did he just miss something here?
Tatsuya tightened his grip on the box under the table. He then made his presence known to the girl by gibing a soft cough.
"Uhmmmm...You are?" tatsuya asked the girl
Aya looked at him then at Ryo.
"Baby, is he a friend?" Aya asked but Ryo wasn't able to answer.
"Hi! I'm Ueto Aya, Ryo's fiancé" Aya said and smiled at Tatsuya. She offered her hand to him.
Tatsuya's heart skipped when she said the word fiancé. It seemed like the world came crushing down but seeing that the girl is offering her hand, he let his right hand let go of the box and shook her hand.
"I'm Ueda Tatsuya, Ryo's...client." Tatsuya said.
He wanted to say friend but he can’t. He can't because he's not Ryo's friend. He's the guy who loves Ryo so much but right now, right at this moment, he just lost him. He wasn't even able to tell Ryo what he's feeling and yet everything's over.
"Nice to meet you Tatsuya! I guess you're having a meeting. I'm sorry if I interrupted okay? I just missed Ryo so much."
"It's okay. We're actually done. I need to be going. I have a shoot tomorrow" Tatsuya said.
He pushed the box inside his bag again.
"Tatsuya..." Ryo said.
Tatsuya took a deep breath to calm his self down and stop his tears from falling. Right at that moment, He has been crying inside. He felt pain all over again. The same pain he felt when Ryo changed and forgot about him 10 years ago but he thinks that this time it has doubled. He waited for this so much. He was really happy that finally he can be with Ryo but because of what's happening right now, he knows that it's impossible and that everything he has hoped for has gone out the window.
He stood up because he doesn't know how long he can still control his emotion. He doesn't want to give in in front of Ryo's fiancé because it will be too awkward. He pulled his bag and said his goodbyes to Ryo and Aya.
"Tatsuya! Wait, I'll take you home." Ryo said
"I'll be fine Nishikido. Your fiancé wanted to see you. You should spend time with her" Tatsuya said his back still facing Ryo. After that he walked out of the room.
"Aya I'm sorry but I need to follow him. I'll just see you at the apartment okay?" Ryo said as he grabbed his coat from his chair and ran after Tatsuya.
"But--" Aya was about to protest but Ryo was already gone.
Tatsuya hugged his bag closer. He can feel the box inside and that only made him feel worst. Tears started pouring from his eyes as he walked down the streets.
"Tatsuya!!" Ryo called after him.
When he heard Ryo, Tatsuya fastened his pace. He can't let Ryo see him like this. He noticed Tatsuya was trying to escape him so he ran faster. He was able
to catch up to him and he blocked his way.
"Tatsuya I'm sorry." Ryo said.
Tatsuya tried to escape from him but Ryo won't let him.
"I want to go home Ryo." Tatsuya said calmly.
"Let's talk. I'll tell you everything about Aya. Please Tatsuya."

"Ah! We were looking for you. You were supposed to be with Ryo at Okinawa."
"Yes I know. I'm sorry for not telling you. My manager just dragged me. Anyway, I left a message in our phone earlier but he didn't reply. Do you know where he is?"Aya asked
"Uhmmm...wait, I'll ask Koki okay?"
Maru turned to Koki who was busy writing some lyrics.
"Hey, do you remember where Ryo's going?" Nakamaru asked
"At the restaurant where he and Aya announced their engagement." Koki said.
Nakamaru pressed hi phone back to his ears.
"Ryo's at your favorite restaurant." Nakamaru informed her
"Oh really? I'll go there then! Thanks Maru!"
"You’re welcome!"

They were finally done with dinner and Tatsuya requested a bottle of wine from the waiter. This is the time to give Ryo the necklace and tell him everything.
The wine arrived and Ryo poured some for the two of them.
"So, are you going to tell me something?" Ryo asked with a smirk on his face.
"Eh?"
"You invited me for dinner so I guess you have something to tell me."
Tatsuya just smiled at him.
"So...are you or are you not telling me something?" Ryo asked again.
Tatsuya reached into his bag and grabbed the box. He was holding it under the table and not letting Ryo see it.
"Ryo...Actually--"
He was cut short when the door opened and a girl came in.
"Baby!!!" The girl called.
Tatsuya had a confused look on his face while Ryo turned to see who it was. Ryo saw the girl walking towards them and his jaw dropped.
When she reached Ryo, she kissed him fully on the lips. Tatsuya's eyes widened in shock. The girl pulled back smiled at Ryo.
"Baby! I missed you!" The girl said.
"Aya? Why are you here?" Ryo asked.
"Aw... Baby! I was looking all over for you. I called our apartment and left you a message but you didn't get it. I was calling you several times when I arrived at the airport but you won't answer my calls." Aya said
"How did you know I'm here?"Ryo asked
"I called Nakamaru. He said you're here so I came over." Aya said and smiled at Ryo
Ryo just sat speechless. He doesn't want to see Tatsuya's reaction so he didn't dare turn to face the other.
"Ryo...I'm sorry okay? I know we were supposed to go to Okinawa together and Nakamru told me that it's his gift to us for our engagement but I couldn't turn
down the job. Remember I promised I won't accept international offers for a year after we get married? I just had to because I don't know if I'd still be invited after a year." Aya said
Tatsuya couldn't believe he's listening to this kind of conversation. Everything happened so fast. Just minutes ago, he and Ryo were eating together and he's about to tell him everything when suddenly this girl comes in and kiss Ryo right in front of him. Now she's talking about a wedding? Did he just miss something here?
Tatsuya tightened his grip on the box under the table. He then made his presence known to the girl by gibing a soft cough.
"Uhmmmm...You are?" tatsuya asked the girl
Aya looked at him then at Ryo.
"Baby, is he a friend?" Aya asked but Ryo wasn't able to answer.
"Hi! I'm Ueto Aya, Ryo's fiancé" Aya said and smiled at Tatsuya. She offered her hand to him.
Tatsuya's heart skipped when she said the word fiancé. It seemed like the world came crushing down but seeing that the girl is offering her hand, he let his right hand let go of the box and shook her hand.
"I'm Ueda Tatsuya, Ryo's...client." Tatsuya said.
He wanted to say friend but he can’t. He can't because he's not Ryo's friend. He's the guy who loves Ryo so much but right now, right at this moment, he just lost him. He wasn't even able to tell Ryo what he's feeling and yet everything's over.
"Nice to meet you Tatsuya! I guess you're having a meeting. I'm sorry if I interrupted okay? I just missed Ryo so much."
"It's okay. We're actually done. I need to be going. I have a shoot tomorrow" Tatsuya said.
He pushed the box inside his bag again.
"Tatsuya..." Ryo said.
Tatsuya took a deep breath to calm his self down and stop his tears from falling. Right at that moment, He has been crying inside. He felt pain all over again. The same pain he felt when Ryo changed and forgot about him 10 years ago but he thinks that this time it has doubled. He waited for this so much. He was really happy that finally he can be with Ryo but because of what's happening right now, he knows that it's impossible and that everything he has hoped for has gone out the window.
He stood up because he doesn't know how long he can still control his emotion. He doesn't want to give in in front of Ryo's fiancé because it will be too awkward. He pulled his bag and said his goodbyes to Ryo and Aya.
"Tatsuya! Wait, I'll take you home." Ryo said
"I'll be fine Nishikido. Your fiancé wanted to see you. You should spend time with her" Tatsuya said his back still facing Ryo. After that he walked out of the room.
"Aya I'm sorry but I need to follow him. I'll just see you at the apartment okay?" Ryo said as he grabbed his coat from his chair and ran after Tatsuya.
"But--" Aya was about to protest but Ryo was already gone.
Tatsuya hugged his bag closer. He can feel the box inside and that only made him feel worst. Tears started pouring from his eyes as he walked down the streets.
"Tatsuya!!" Ryo called after him.
When he heard Ryo, Tatsuya fastened his pace. He can't let Ryo see him like this. He noticed Tatsuya was trying to escape him so he ran faster. He was able
to catch up to him and he blocked his way.
"Tatsuya I'm sorry." Ryo said.
Tatsuya tried to escape from him but Ryo won't let him.
"I want to go home Ryo." Tatsuya said calmly.
"Let's talk. I'll tell you everything about Aya. Please Tatsuya."
