Summary: Ryo and Tatsuya have been best friends since they were young but unknown to Tatsuya, Ryo is in love with him. One day, something happened which made Ryo wish that he and Tatsuya were never friends and that he has all grown up. What happens when he wakes up one morning, all grown up without Tatsuya by his side?

Nakamaru and Koki took Ryo's car and searched for him. They called Aya when they got home to ask if Ryo was already there but she said that she hasn't seen Ryo since he left this morning. They called Junno to ask if Ryo went to his meetings but he said that Ryo went out a couple of minutes after they left. He said that Ryo asked him to find Tatsuya's address and after receiving it, he ran off. Nakamaru asked Junno to send him the address via text message so that they can follow Ryo. When they had the address, they drove to the apartment.
*buzz*
They were in front of room 11 on the 5th floor and were waiting for the door to open
"Yes?" Kamenashi asked as he opened the door.
"Did Ryo come here?" Nakamaru asked
"Nakamaru? Koki?" Kamenashi asked
"Yes. It's us. Did Ryo come here, Kame?"
Upon hearing who was at the door, Jin joined Kame.
"Yes, Nishikido dropped by earlier. He was looking for Tat-chan's apartment." Jin said
"Where is it?" Koki asked
"Room 3 on the 12th floor." Jin said.
"Oh. Okay. Thank You." Both Nakamaru and Koki said their thanks then went to the 12th floor.
*buzz*
Tatsuya has just stopped crying and Yamapi was preparing some food for him when the door bell rang. Tatsuya was about to stand but Yamapi told him to stay.
They were expecting Tatsuya to open the door but it was Yamapi who faced them.
"Uhmm..." Nakamaru said
"He's not here." Yamapi said and slammed the door.
Koki knocked on the door again but no one opened it.
"Uhmmm... Do you know where he went? We need to find him. He's kinda sick today, we don;t want anything wrong to happen to him."
Koki continued to knock.
Finally, Yamapi opened the door to face them again.
"We don't know where he went,okay? Why don't you lea--- Tatsuya! Where are you going?!"
Yamapi was asking Nakamaru and Koki to leave but he was surprised when Tatsuya ran past him. He ran after the other but he already got in the elevator.
Yamapi went back to Tatsuya's apartment and got the keys then locked it up. When Yamapi left, Koki and Nakamaru also went down and rode the car to continue looking for Ryo.
Tatsuya ran. He doesn't know where he's going and he doesn't know why he's doing this. All he knows is that he wants to see Ryo and make sure he's alright. He looked everywhere. At the park, in the convenience stores and by the bridge. He didn't see him. He was losing hope and was worrying a lot then he saw the train pass by. He started running again. After a few minutes, he reached the train station. He ran around and then he saw him. He was a few meters away from him. He sat on the floor like a lost child and looked like he fell asleep. He looked so helpless in that position. He was about to approach him when a hand grabbed his shoulder.
"Tatsuya...Leave it to them." It was Yamapi.
Tatsuya looked back at Ryo and true enough, he saw Nakamaru and Koki trying to wake him up. He watched as the two men helped Ryo stand up and supported him as they walked out of the station. When they were gone, Yamapi grabbed his hand.
"Let's go back. He's okay now." Yamapi said.
Tatsuya just nodded and let Yamapi lead him home.

Jin and Kame were on the couch watching some movies. It was their day off today as a group and as usual, they all stayed at home. Kame had his head on Jin's lap while the other played with his hair.
"Hey, why do you think Nishikido came to see Tat-chan?" Jin asked Kame
"Hmmmm... I don't know." Kame saidas he played with jin's other hand.
"I'm just confused. I thought he hates Tat-chan from the bottom of his heart. I remember seeing his face in high school. Just by looking at him, you can weigh how much hatered he's feeling." Jin said.
"Uhuh... You're right; Ryo hates Tat-chan so much after what happened between him and Yamapi." Kame said
"Yeah but I can feel that he hate Tat-chan more than he hates Pi. I don't get it."
"Well, no one can really answer that except for Ryo, right?"
"I guess you're right..." Jin said.
Jin continued playing with Kame's hair while Kame played with his hands.
"But you know, when I saw Ryo today, he seemed different." Kame said.
"Hmmm?"
"You know, not like the Ryo when we were in high school.There was something different about him today." Kame said
"Different you mean like how he was before? Before he and Tat-chan broke apart?" Jin asked
"Yes but there was still something. It was like he was lost and in need of answers." Kame said
"You're right. I noticed that too and then I felt that I need to help him. That's why I gave him Tat-chan's room number." Jin said.
"Hmmmmm... What do you think they talked about?" Kame asked
"I don't know. I'm not there."
Kame chuckled.
"You think Yamapi will come over to Tat-chan's?" Kame asked
"He always does." Jin said.
"Yes, he always does huh? Acting like Tat-chan's mother." Kame said and laughed.
"I hope Pi doesn't snap at Ryo when he sees him."
"Well, based on Pi's behavior, it's possible. He might beat the hell out of Ryo." Jin said.
"But Tat-chan won't let that happen. Not again." Kame said.
"You're right. He won't let that happen." Jin said.

Yamapi and Tatsuya walked home in silence. Tatsuya seemed not with himself as they walked. If Yamapi wasn't pulling him, he would've just stood there and not move an inch.
Finally, they reached Tatsuya's apartment. Yamapi took out the keys and let Tatsuya in and sat him on the couch.
"I won't ask if you're okay because I know you're not." Yamapi said.
Ueda did not respond. He just stared on the floor.
"Don't be like that Tatsuya. Let it out. Cry if you want to. Scream if you want to. Just don't keep quiet. You're torturing yourself." Yamapi said.
Ueda still did not respond.
"That's it. If you don't let it out, I'll find him and beat him up!" Yamapi said.
He walked towards the door and reached for the knob when he felt Tatsuya's arms around his waist.
"Don't!" Tatsuya said
Those are the only words that came out of his mouth then he started to cry again. He cried on Yamapi's back while the other just let him be. After a while, his cry weakened. Yamapi turned around to face him. He hel Tatsuya's hands.
"Why?" Yamapi asked.
Tatsuya shook his head as he sobbed.
"Tatsuya, tell me. Why?" Yamapi asked again
"I don't know, Pi."
"I thought you could handle seeing him on your own." Yamapi said.
"I don't know."
Yamapi sighed.
"I don't know what happened. Everything happened so fast. I thought I could do it but when we talked about the past...I didn't know what to do. I could've handled it if he was rude but he was different today. It was like he was back to his old self. The old Ryo I know. The Ryo I wanted back so much. When he talked to me like that, I didn't know how to answer back. I wasn't prepared. I never thought I would see him like that again. I thought that that Ryo died 10 years ago." Tatsuya said.
"What do you feel?" Yamapi asked
Tatsuya gave him a questioning look.
"What do you feel now that he's talking to you like the old times?" Yamapi asked
Tatsuya broke down.
"I know I should be happy. I should be happy that he's back but it all seems surreal. I don't know if it's just an act. I don't want to get my hopes up. All this years, my only wish was to have him back. I wanted him by my side. I wanted him. I wanted him so much but my wish never came true. Each day, the distance between us widened until he completely forgot about me. Forgot everything we've been through."
Tatsuya continued to cry. Seeing him like this, Yamapi took pulled him and hugged him. Tatsuya hugged him back and continued to cry.
"I promised you, right? I will always protect you. I will make sure that you are always happy." Yamapi said.
A/N: i have a bad news. I know I've been updating everyday and the reason for for that is because if I skip writing, I get a writer's block. I need to maintain my momentum to able to finish my fics properly. The last time I skipped a day of writing (it was with an akame fic) I was close to dropping it because i don't have any idea on what to write next. So here's what's happening, I'm leaving tomorrow and the day after that, I'll be on my way to Singapore. Yes, I'm on vacation. For a WEEK. I know there is internet access in Singapore but I'm not bringing my laptop on my trip. I guess this is the last chapter I'll be posting before I leave.
Well, here's the good news, I already planned out what will happen next on this fic and I already wrote it in my notebook so I hope there won;t be any problem once I get back. Do wait for the update ne?
