I forgot I had this vignette. I wrote it sometime in December, I think the morning after I arrived in L.A., in my sleep. By that I mean "while I was in bed, my eyes glued shut, and without pen and paper."

Posting this here and then fleeing. I found this on an old disk and boy, has it got years on it. I always felt that this particular vignette was unfinished, but seeing as I can't reproduce this style (I write less enthusiastically lately), I'm posting it anyway. That's it, it's done. I'm finished.
