This weekend I drunkenly defended Jeff Tweedy to someone who will remain unnamed.

I don't care what state I'm in, he is my homefry and I will avenge his name!

So, apparently, there was an earthquake in beautiful southern IL last night. It was around 4:30 in the morning. All I know is that my windows shook for a couple minutes straight and I couldn't figure out why at that moment. Needless to say, it scared the shit out of me.

Dad just put on the new Wilco album. This is the first time I'm really listening to it.

I feel like I'm gonna cry.

It's absolutely perfect.

I think they're the one band who can still affect me so profoundly just by putting out the most beautiful songs.

Ok, I know I haven't been around a lot lately...I will update tomorrow.

Right now: Going to Wilco party tonight! ZOMG SBS is coming out and I still haven't listened to it!

Last night I dreamed that I ran into Jeff Tweedy, and he told me I could hang out at the Wilco loft whenever I wanted to.

Then I woke up, thought it was real for about half a minute, and then started cursing myself wishing it was real.

It's been a pretty good first college spring break.
