(no subject)
Well, since Brett is sooooo lifeless that she relies on my daily entries for entertainment...I may as well update. (Kidding, Brett...welll...sorta....)
Some big events have happened in the past few days...
Monday, Steve and I celebrated our 1 month anniversary. We've decided to stay together, even though he's moving to Champaign for school next year. I'm happy, I think. I mean, I can't imagine not being with him...it's gonna be wierd...but...yeah, I think it'll work for as long as it will. (If that makes any sense.)
Tuesday was quite a banner day as well... I actually drove. That's right, I got behind the wheel of a car and took it around a parking lot for 45 minutes. I turned, backed up, parked, all sorts of good stuff. See...I can do it! Still afraid to get out on the road for real...Oy. But, yeah. That day I also: Bought my first bikini....35 bucks for a 2 piece at Old Navy (and it's damn sexy.) Not to mention the fact that I was given an application at Hot Topic (call me a sell out if you wish...they want me to work there...and I love their clothes!)
Wednesday, I slept a lot. I got a care package from my mom, it was sweet. I went with Sara, Stef and Hayley to the Alt. News premiere...we ate too much popcorn and laughed a lot. Good times.
Today, I am dressed like a school girl. Laura braided my hair last night. I don't know what I'm thinking, but I just love the lavender sweater and pink knee socks...they just make me feel good.
Ray comes in tomorrow!!
Ok...off to my next class...I think I'm gonna write a poem...maybe I'll post it...or maybe I'll voice post it..we'll see...it'll probably suck.
