The dress
It's only a costume. Still, I need to wear a finished garment and I am having trouble.
Originally, I followed the pattern and instructions and in relatively short order whipped up something that looked like a regency dress. Of course the fit was off and since then I've been ripping seems and inserting other fabric (I don't have enough of the original fabric so I am using a contrasting color), reattaching sleeves, and oh my.....
After I solve the sleeve issue, I need to deal with trimming and accessories. Actually, I find the whole process quite fun in a puzzle solving way and in a relax while listening to an audiobook or watching a movie on my iPad way.
