Sewing Projects
Recently, I've been in the mood to sew. It relaxes me to sit and listen to an audiobook or a television show while I work on a project. Granted, I am very much a novice who doesn't even know how to use (or own). To date I have finished the following projects of which I am inordinately proud:
1 Lorax quilt for my nephew.
1 early 19th centuryesque bonnet
I have more or less recently almost finished/finished:
my first Victorian style corset
a Victorian style dress (I kind of misjudged how much fabric should go over the hoop skirt and need to rehem the trailing skirts.
I am working on:
A baby quilt for my niece
A regency style dress
I'll probably write more about the dress in detail later.
