[Blanket-lock for the contents of this post: locked against agents of the Kashtta Trust locked against anyone in a position to read this who is not the journal's owner blind-locked to Gwen Cooper and Sam Tyler]
{{OOC: Exxxxcellent. Dmitri feels warm and fuzzy. And also conveniently sorta-informed.}}
Now, see, if you kids could have your big important history moments in the Chicagoland area, I might be able to help you. As it is, I have to say: put in a request with the Angel of Knowledge Board of the Sciences. Bggest and most comprehensive archives on the face of the globe, my good Arcadian. And, fortunate for you, I happen to know how to get in contact with them without jumping through the bureaucratic hoops.
[[And here she's written out phone numbers and email addresses for the offices of: the chair of the Chair of the British AKBS Board of Regents, the Pan-History Curator in the International Archives, and the Directors of Wanderer Affairs (American office in New York; UK office in Oxford).]]
Now. The Board isn't a secret society, or anything, but they're not an Ask Your Librarian hotline, either. Think of them as a very prestigious and decentralized private university. The easiest way to affiliate yourself with them would probably be to either see if they'd like you to contribute anything - interview time is compensated, and sending them essays, reporting, and various books and materials picked up in various green rift adventures is how I make my money these days - or to apply for access to their archives on these particular topics with the promise that you'll deliver them a substantial research project or scholarly work on the topic you want help looking into.
So, yeah, my way involves a bit of a round dance, but you're not gonna find a wider pool of information. (They might be able to point you at some local contemporary AoKs, too. You know, who might just welcome the chance to babble about their specialties to someone who actually wants to know.)
