Pinch-Hitter Sign Up
We're currently looking for a bunch of brave souls who are willing to pinch-hit for the exchange! What exactly is a pinch-hitter, you ask? Signing up as a pinch-hitter doesn't necessarily mean that you're fully committed to the fest, but it lets us know that should we ever need a last minute angel, we can contact you to see if you're available to help.
You may be called in one month before the deadline or two weeks after the deadline - no matter what, we will do our absolute best to give you at least two weeks to fulfill your assignment. We will also try to ensure that you receive a gift in return for your hard work, but depending on the time crunch or circumstances we're in when we call you, we may not be able to guarantee one. That said, in all the years I've ran fic exchanges, I can't remember an instance when we weren't able to gift a pinch-hitter. If you do not care about receiving a gift in return, please let us know in your sign up!
Current exchange participants are also welcome to sign up as pinch-hitters.
We will be matching pinch-hitters based solely on what they're willing to write, so please fill out the "GIVING" part of the form with as much detail as you can. If you tell us you're willing to write anything with any pairing, we will definitely take you up on that :).
