I have been reading your blogs, and I’ve been utterly intrigued at the mysteries you and Sherlock have been solving together. I was devastated to read about Sherlock’s passing in the newspaper, and I can only imagine what a shock it must have been to you.
It would seem inappropriate to offer my condolences, as I have some information about the ”incident” at St. Barts that you may find interesting. I would propose that we meet at The Clarence on Great Scotland Yard on Wednesday at 6pm. I would kindly like to ask you to not tell anyone until you’ve heard what I have to say.
Sincerely, T.J.B.

Also, if I was writing to Sherlock, it would be considerably shorter than 100 words, cause…
Dear Sherlock,
Please stop pretending you’re dead. Can’t you see it’s killing John?
Thank you for your interest in my blog and other events surrounding my life. I'd prefer to grieve in peace right now, but just as Sherlock wouldn't be able to let this go if he were here, neither can I. Therefore I will meet you at the appointed time and place.
However, I think it only fair to warn you that I come armed and, as you seem to be aware, I am well acquainted with local law enforcement. If this is a cruel joke, I will not take it lightly.
(Because you included a letter to Sherlock (even if it isn't the official one) and the rules say I can respond to any member's letter, I'm choosing that one. *grin* For the badge, 98 words.)
Dear “Me” -
Having ascertained that you are neither connected with Moriarty nor to the events surrounding him, I can only assume that your interest in my current affairs is being driven by emotion and sentiment due to your reading of Watson’s online diary. I can assure you that I do not undertake any course of action without purpose and necessity. While I understand that these actions have consequences that does not eliminate the necessity of those actions.
Watson, a man of action and purpose, understands this. Do not meddle in affairs about which you have no understanding.
Thank you for your kind words. I'm glad you enjoyed the blog, I certainly did too while it lasted and in his own way I like to think Sherlock probably enjoyed it. He certainly enjoyed unraveling those knots and I'd like to think he enjoyed knowing someone was spending as much time dedicated to talking about him as I did.
I thank you for your condolences as well. While your offer makes me curious I should have to decline.I have removed myself from this particular service. Legally I have been advised not to look any further into the matter.Lest I learn something about our friend I feel better not knowing. Besides that I do not feel as qualified for the investigative industry as Sherlock was. Excuse my disinterest. Though I encourage you to take any information to the proper authorities. However disinterested they may seem to be. Even those who knew and worked with him. Right now I consider myself retired. Everything in it's time I suppose.
