6 sleeps
My apartment is as clean as i'm arsed to clean it. Vaccuuming, floors washed, bathroom washed, laundry done and fresh sheets ready to put on the bed, surfaces dusted, space in bathroom cleared and on top of the dresser as well as a drawer emptied. I keep looking at my big dresser and the little high boy and thinking i'll have to do a major shuffle when he comes here permanently. I have one big "junk" drawer in the big dresser, and another that just has odds and ends and a third that has old single socks and bits i don't wear anymore. I still need that one junk drawer but there's no reason the other two drawers, which are a good size each, can't be used for all my tshirts and things that are in the high boy. No reason at all. :) and with any luck or soon thereafter we'll move to a bigger apartment so we will both have more room for our stuff. He's got several guitars that need a home and we'll definitely need more dvd storage. I don't have enough as it is!
One project i would like to start working on is encoding all my cds to mp3s so i can get rid of those. I don't have a huge number of them but i don't play them. I play digital music on the computer or ipod.
Borrowing Mom's car for the weekend and then renting one when we get back from New York. No real plans yet for the week back here. Depends on the weather too. I have an idea or two but it's going to have to be a nice day for it.
